Help!

Velocity Vectors is creating a logo for my non-existent Etsy store (I decided to go with LSL - it's just easiest), and I received the following 5 mock-ups. My sister and Sizzle like #3, but since the idea is that eventually the shop will feature things I've sewn, I like #1. Will you guys please give me your thoughts? :)

  1. I also like #3 the most but I take your point that #1 represents best what you're aiming for with etsy. Perhaps you could consider using #3 on this blog? I'm imagining the loop of the L on "longer" to be your surf board

  2. Yes #1 or #3.

The L in longer on #2 looks like the eye of a needle.

I love the stitched look in #1 too.

Actually the more I look at it the more I like #1

  3. I too like #3 best... but #1 does seem more appropriate for a sewn items store.

  4. Definitely number one. It tells you what you're going to get immediately. Case closed. Next question. (Speaking of questions, I have one. What the hell is that thing in number four, a zippered fly or a vajine? And why?)

  5. I actually thought #3's l in longer could be like the eye of a needle or a surfboard but the see-er would make up their own interpretation. I like #3 still the best because it's neutral and visually clean, neat and awesome. Whatever you choose will be great!

  6. I think #3 is the one, just because you don't know where your craftiness might take you.

  7. Even though I don't think #4 is right for the shop, I LOVE it. Use it somewhere, anywhere.

I was all for #1 until Kaply said "you don't know where your craftiness might take you". Damn her and her logic.

    Given that, I vote #3.

I also vote I Love You.

  8. Well, I actually like #5, I don't know why. But, given all the logic mentioned above and the fact that "longer" in #3 reminds me of your personal handwriting, yes #3

  9. Late to the game, as usual, but I like #1 for the shop & #4 for the surfing book, which is sure to come.
