Shawarma

I had a great eyebrow wax tonight. Isn't it such a relief when you're finished and they haven't ripped off an entire brow or something? Also, we visited the Lebanese Taverna in DC this weekend. Maybe it was the best meal I've had since I can remember. Minus the cucumber salad because I don't like dill, substitute extra hummus.

    Dill makes me ill. Hummus/houmous/whatever is the way to go. I'm salivating looking at those dollops of the lovely stuff. It's been about 10 years since I ate Lebanese... thanks for the reminder. I must seek out a restaurant. I've been enjoying Ethiopian food of late - have you ever tried that?

    i'm a fan of hummus, but it looks a little like poo when it's in dollops like that.
