Tiny Feet With Tiny Shoes

I know it's not very novel that people take their shoes off whenever they go into a home or into special rooms in Japan, but I noticed this and couldn't resist snapping a picture with my phone. I was in the mall yesterday and there is a child's play section in a particularly nice store (Flaxus), probably to keep little hands busy so they don't touch everything on the shelves. If you click on the picture you can see many pairs of tiny shoes lined up just off the carpeted play area.
