With Tongue?

Cutest thing ever is this sign from DC. In Portland we have Park & Rides, but in DC they have Kiss & Rides. I told my friend I was going to go hang around there and see what happened. I'm sure I'm the first person ever to say that.

    you know it'd be some smelly homeless guy who'd just drank a bottle of maddog 20/20 and smoked a pack of pall malls.
